If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a serious congenital or life-threatening health condition within 72 hours of arrival, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

To qualify:

• You must provide a written veterinary report within 72 hours.

• The puppy must not have been injured, neglected, or exposed to harmful environments after arrival.

• We may request the puppy be returned to us before issuing the refund.

Refund for Incorrect or Misrepresented Puppy
